Fleet Planner/Driver Manager Cheema Freightlines LLC is currently seeking a talented individual to become a Fleet Planner/Driver Manager in our Lathrop, California terminal. Duties include– planning and monitoring 50 -75 drivers, resolving driver needs, tracking shipments, ensuring pre-planned drivers are dispatched accordingly and maintaining a high customer service level. The successful candidate must have sound judgment, initiative and analytical skills, be a team player with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to multi-task while adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment is key. Bachelor’s degree and previous transportation experience preferred but not required.
